"The smell of the mat never leaves ya." So says World Wrestling Entertainment superstar John Cena, playing a former high school champ who lost his way in the new WWE-produced movie "Legendary." That line is easily the most pungent in a generally bland bid for inspirational family drama, directed by Mel Damski and written by John Posey. Like the Little League heartwarmer "The Perfect Game," which came and went earlier this year, "Legendary" is so intent on paying heartfelt tribute to dogged young athletes that it neglects basic story needs.<br>
